Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Faulhaber-Micro-mo MVP 2001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the J300055L256R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GYS401DC1SARYS401S3 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V35G7N0 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fuji Brand FRN003G1S4U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 44A963095G03 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3261M20HP made by Fincor as well as the popular DS3800XAIC1C1C original spares produced by Ge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GA455212A by Glentek and 44A963095G03 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4013420122 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giddings--Lewis.
